Leading national law firm seeking a partner to join and expand a busy Litigation practice in Southern Illinois. The role will focus on commercial litigation, labor & employment disputes, professional liability, healthcare matters and construction-related litigation for a diverse client base.

The partner will lead client engagements, develop and manage teams on complex matters, and drive business development efforts across the region. The position offers an opportunity to build a regional practice with significant autonomy and firm support.
