Established national law firm is seeking a seasoned litigation partner to join its Southern Illinois office to lead and grow a litigation and securities-focused practice. The role emphasizes high-stakes commercial litigation, securities enforcement/defense and white-collar matters, with regular trial and regulatory work.

Ideal candidates will take a leading role in client development and case strategy, manage teams, and handle complex matters from intake through trial. The office represents private clients across a range of industries and is open to candidates with portable work and an established book of business.

Proven partner-level experience in commercial litigation, securities enforcement/defense and white-collar matters
Track record of trial and motion practice and managing litigation teams
Demonstrated client development ability; portable practice or book of business welcomed
Active bar admission and strong professional references
Comfort working with private clients and flexible fee arrangements
