Seeking a seasoned litigation partner to join a busy healthcare and life‑sciences litigation practice in Southern Illinois. The role will lead complex defense and advisory matters for healthcare industry clients, work closely with multidisciplinary teams, and help broaden the local practice.

The firm is looking for a commercial litigator with deep experience in healthcare or life‑sciences disputes, strong courtroom and motion practice skills, and the ability to manage and mentor junior lawyers. There is an expectation to contribute to business development; a portable practice or demonstrable client relationships will be viewed positively.

Established litigation background with significant healthcare or life‑sciences matters
Strong trial and motion experience; experience managing complex dockets and teams
Proven business development skills; portable book of business or client relationships preferred
Admission to the appropriate state bar (or ability to obtain) and good standing
