Senior real estate partner sought for a Paris office to lead and develop a real estate finance practice within a full-service international firm. The role focuses on real estate financing, cross-border transactions and deal structuring in the context of M&A, private equity and structured finance.

The successful candidate will advise sponsors, lenders and investors on complex financings, manage transaction teams and work across jurisdictions with corporate and finance colleagues. A portable practice and proven origination record are required.

Established partner with significant experience in real estate finance and related corporate/PE transactions
Proven track record of client origination and a portable book of business
Experienced in leading deal teams and managing cross-border matters
Qualified to practise in the relevant jurisdiction(s) and comfortable operating in an international firm environment
