The role will involve leading and advising on complex financing matters and collaborating across the real estate practice on acquisitions, dispositions and leasing work.

No book of business is required; candidates with an established or portable practice will be considered. This is an opportunity to join a busy transactional platform and help drive growth in capital markets and lender-side work.

Established partner-level experience in real estate finance and lending transactions
Demonstrated transactional skills across related real estate areas (acquisitions, dispositions and leasing)
Strong client relationship, file management and team leadership capabilities
Bar admission in the relevant Canadian jurisdiction (Ontario preferred)
