Lateral Partner, Real Estate Litigation — Austin

Senior lateral partner hire to lead and grow a real estate and construction litigation practice in the Austin office. The role focuses on litigation and dispute resolution across commercial real estate, construction claims and related commercial disputes.

Responsibilities include managing complex matters from intake through trial or ADR, supervising and mentoring associates, collaborating with cross-practice teams, and driving client development and relationship management in the region.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Significant partner-level experience in real estate and construction litigation, with a track record of lead counsel roles
• Proven business development and client relationship skills
• Admitted to practice in Texas (or ability to obtain) and experience supervising teams and developing associates
