Deposit: A leading international full-service firm is seeking a Lateral Partner to strengthen its Montreal real estate practice. The role is client-facing and involves leading complex real estate transactions and advising institutional and private clients across commercial real estate matters.

The firm is open to candidates with a portable practice and welcomes team moves. There is also flexibility for a junior partner candidate without an established book where the candidate brings a clearly differentiated practice or market opportunity that complements the existing team and supports growth.

This role offers the ability to grow business using an established platform and client base, and to play a senior role in developing the Montreal real estate offering.

Established real estate practitioner with a track record on commercial real estate matters (transactions, leasing, acquisitions/dispositions, financing, or development).
Portable book of business preferred; candidates without a book may be considered if they bring a clearly differentiated practice or market opportunity.
Strong client development and relationship-management skills; ability to work across a national/international platform.
Admission to practice in Quebec (or eligible) and comfort working in Montreal market; bilingualism (French/English) an asset.
