Seeking a Lateral Partner to lead and grow a commercial real estate and construction practice in the St. Louis office of a highly regarded law firm. The role will combine client-facing deal work, construction-related matters, and practice leadership within a collaborative team.

Ideal candidates will manage complex real estate transactions, advise owners/developers/contractors, and work closely with colleagues across industry groups. The office is open to candidates nationwide.

Portable book of business of $1.5M+ (USD)
Substantial experience advising on commercial real estate transactions and construction matters
Proven client development and rainmaking ability
Track record of leading or mentoring deal teams
Bar admission in Missouri or willingness to obtain admission
