Lateral Partner — Restructuring & Bankruptcy, Las Vegas

Lead and grow a restructuring and insolvency practice within a prominent national/international law firm’s Las Vegas office. The role focuses on leading complex restructuring matters and advising corporate clients, creditors and other stakeholders across in‑court and out‑of‑court restructurings.

The firm seeks a partner with an established portable practice who will drive business development, mentor junior lawyers, and work collaboratively across corporate and finance teams. Opportunity includes high‑visibility matters and responsibility for building a local platform.

• Established restructuring/bankruptcy partner with significant experience advising on complex restructurings.
• Proven track record of originating and managing matters; portable practice preferred.
• Strong client development, leadership and team management skills.
• Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and ability to work from the Las Vegas office.
