Partner — Bankruptcy & Finance, Las Vegas

Senior hire sought to lead and grow a bankruptcy and finance practice in the Las Vegas office of a global law firm. The role blends creditor-side bankruptcy, restructuring and distressed-debt work with finance and creditors' rights matters.

The partner will manage complex restructurings, advise creditors and other stakeholders, supervise associates and collaborate with finance colleagues across offices. Strong client development and practice-building are core to the role.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Significant partner-level experience in bankruptcy, restructuring and distressed-debt representation
• Proven track record advising creditors, lenders or other restructuring stakeholders
• Ability to lead teams and develop client relationships in the Las Vegas market
• Active Nevada bar admission or willingness to obtain admission
