Lateral Partner, Restructuring & Bankruptcy — New York

Senior lawyer hire to join a major New York office to lead and grow a corporate restructuring and bankruptcy practice. The role focuses on advising debtors, creditors and stakeholders on complex restructurings, insolvency proceedings and related corporate matters.

Responsibilities include leading restructuring engagements, managing deal teams, advising on chapter proceedings and out-of-court restructurings, and developing business through client relationships and origination.
