Growing bankruptcy and corporate restructuring team in Philadelphia is seeking a lateral partner to lead and expand the practice. The role will involve advising debtors, creditors, and other stakeholders on complex restructurings, Chapter 11 matters, and related corporate work.

The successful candidate will take a lead role on high‑stakes matters, manage and mentor junior lawyers, and work across the firm’s national restructuring platform. A portable practice or demonstrable ability to originate and develop business in restructuring/bankruptcy is welcome.

Established restructuring/bankruptcy partner with significant experience leading Chapter 11 cases and complex workouts.
Strong transactional and litigation skills, including restructuring plan negotiation and courtroom experience.
Proven ability to originate or manage client relationships; portable book of business is valued.
Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and able to work from the Philadelphia office.
