Lateral Partner — Restructuring & Corporate (Baltimore)

Established US law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Baltimore restructuring and corporate practice. The role will focus on leading complex insolvency, turnaround and related corporate work for creditor, debtor and stakeholder clients across domestic restructuring matters.

The successful candidate will join a busy, integrated team that handles both distressed M&A and cross-border restructurings, collaborating with corporate colleagues on transactional and governance issues arising in insolvency contexts.

Portable practice welcome: the role is designed for a partner able to originate and grow client relationships and contribute to business development across the regional restructuring platform.

• Partner-level experience in restructuring, bankruptcy and distressed M&A matters.
• Proven track record advising debtors, creditors or sponsors in restructurings and insolvency proceedings.
• Strong client development skills and ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams.
• Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction (or ability to obtain).
