Lateral Partner, Restructuring & Corporate — Minneapolis

Senior attorney sought to join a busy restructuring and corporate practice in Minneapolis. The role will lead complex insolvency and corporate restructuring matters, advise distressed companies and creditor constituencies, and work across domestic teams on cross-jurisdictional restructurings.

The position requires proven partner-level experience, strong client relationships, and the ability to originate and close new business. The successful candidate will collaborate with a national team while maintaining a visible local presence.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Partner-level experience in restructuring, insolvency, or distressed M&A
• Proven track record of originating and leading complex restructurings
• Strong client development and relationship management skills
• Active bar admission and JD (or equivalent) required
