Senior partner‑level role based in Muscat for an experienced restructuring and finance lawyer. The role focuses on cross‑border insolvency and restructuring work (including Chapter 11/15 and other insolvency proceedings) and related creditor/finance advisory across regional and international matters.

This is a leadership opportunity to help develop and lead a growing local practice as current senior partners transition. The post will involve client relationship management, business development and hands‑on deal and dispute work on complex restructurings and creditor/financing matters.

The hiring firm is a well‑established international firm with a substantial regional platform; a portable practice or demonstrable client origination is welcome.

Partner‑level restructuring/insolvency experience, including cross‑border Chapter 11/15 matters and domestic insolvency regimes.
Strong finance/banking exposure (creditor/debtor-side restructurings, workouts, refinancing).
Proven leadership and business development track record; ability to grow a local team and client base.
Admission to practice in a relevant jurisdiction and ability to work on matters across the region.
