Lateral Partner, Restructuring — Montreal

Senior partner-level opportunity to lead and grow a restructuring-focused practice from the Montreal office of a well-established Canadian law firm. The role combines hands-on work on complex insolvency and restructuring matters with responsibility for developing the firm's presence in related reinsurance work.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative team of senior lawyers and will be expected to bring significant client relationships and origination capability, while mentoring and expanding a local team. This is a strategic role with both fee‑earner and business-development responsibilities.
