Well-established law firm is seeking a partner to join its Tax and Estate Planning practice in Baltimore. The role will involve leading and growing high-net-worth and closely held business client work across tax, trusts and estates, and related planning matters.

The partner will advise on sophisticated estate, gift and fiduciary planning, collaborate with transactional and tax colleagues, and supervise more junior lawyers. A portable practice or demonstrable client development record is welcomed.

JD and active Maryland bar admission (or willingness to seek admission)
Established partner-level experience in tax, estate planning, trusts and estates
Proven client development and relationship management skills; portable practice preferred
Experience supervising associates and contributing to firm practice growth
