Lateral Partner, Tax & Estate Planning - Salt Lake City

Senior tax partner opportunity to lead and grow a Salt Lake City tax and estate planning practice. The role sits on a national tax team advising high-net-worth individuals, families, and closely held businesses on estate, trust and tax planning strategies.

The successful candidate will take a leadership role in client development, provide hands-on matter work, and mentor junior lawyers in trusts & estates and related tax matters. This is an opportunity to join a well-resourced national practice while maintaining a market-facing presence locally.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Significant partner-level experience in tax and trust & estate planning
• Strong client development record and team leadership/mentoring experience
• Active bar admission and ability to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
