Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Salt Lake City tax and estate planning team. The role focuses on advising high-net-worth individuals and families on sophisticated tax planning, estate and trust matters, and related wealth transfer strategies.

Ideal candidate will take a visible leadership role in the local office, work collaboratively across practices, and help grow a private client practice. Portable client relationships and an established book of business are welcome and will be supported.

Proven partner-level experience in U.S. tax planning and estate/trust matters
Licensed to practice in Utah (or able to obtain admission)
Record of business development and client relationship management; portable practice welcomed
Strong technical drafting and counseling skills; comfortable working on complex, high-value matters
