Tax Partner — Salt Lake City

Leading international law firm is seeking a Tax Partner to join its Salt Lake City office. The role focuses on delivering sophisticated tax advice to corporate and high-net-worth clients across federal and state tax issues.

The position offers partner-level responsibility for originating and managing matters, mentoring junior lawyers, and coordinating with national tax teams. Candidates with a portable tax practice or demonstrated client origination capabilities are encouraged.

• Established tax partner with a demonstrable record of client development and matter leadership.
• Deep experience in federal and/or state tax matters; transactional and advisory experience preferred.
• Proven ability to manage and mentor a team of lawyers and collaborate with national practice groups.
• Active bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and excellent client-facing communication skills.
