Established national law firm seeks a lateral partner to lead and grow a combined tax and litigation practice from its Portland office. The role will involve handling contentious tax matters, advising on litigation strategy, and working with a cross-disciplinary team on complex disputes.

We are looking for a partner comfortable managing client relationships and mentoring junior lawyers. A portable practice or demonstrable origination capability is preferred to accelerate business development in the region.

Experienced trial and litigation lawyer with significant tax dispute experience
Admitted to practice in Oregon (or able to obtain admission)
Proven ability to originate and manage client matters; portable book of business preferred
Strong writing, advocacy and client-management skills
