Senior tax litigator sought to join the firm’s Tulsa office and lead a market-facing tax litigation practice. The role combines courtroom advocacy, tax controversy work and advisory matters related to federal and state tax disputes.
Partner will supervise and develop associates, manage cases from pleading through trial and appeal, and collaborate with cross-practice teams on related regulatory and transactional issues. Significant business-development emphasis to grow regional tax litigation work.
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
- Admitted to practice in the relevant state(s) and in good standing
- Established record of handling tax controversy and litigation matters, including trial and appellate experience
- Proven ability to originate and develop client relationships and mentor junior lawyers
