Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Raleigh office to grow a cross-practice team focused on technology, healthcare and regulatory matters. The role will handle privacy and data protection, healthcare regulatory counseling, and technology/software transactions for a mix of corporate and institutional clients.

The ideal candidate will build and lead client relationships, collaborate across practices, and develop business in the region. This is a client-facing role with responsibility for driving new engagements, supervising junior lawyers, and contributing to practice development initiatives.

Partner-level experience practicing at the intersection of technology/privacy and healthcare regulatory matters.
Proven track record of originating or developing business and managing client relationships at the partner level; portable practice/book of business welcomed.
Experience with privacy & data protection law, health information regulatory compliance, and technology/software transactions or licensing.
Strong leadership and team management skills; ability to work collaboratively across practice groups and offices.
