Seeking a partner to lead and grow an established technology and IP practice in Austin. The role focuses on patent litigation and technology transactions, with significant crossover into antitrust matters connected to private equity deals.

Ideal candidate will advise clients across life sciences, technology and energy sectors, handling trial- and appellate-level patent litigation and complex antitrust disputes. The team works collaboratively across practices to support sophisticated transactional and contentious work.

The role is partner-level, with responsibility for client development, cross-selling into related practices, and contributing to strategic growth in the region. The group operates with an open compensation approach.

Established partner-level litigation and technology practice, including patent litigation experience
Experience handling antitrust matters related to private equity or complex transactions
