We are looking for a qualified lawyer (m/f/d) to join our Commercial and Dispute Resolution team in Hamburg. In this role, you will advise national and international companies on the structuring of complex contractual frameworks and represent their interests in contentious proceedings — from contract negotiations through to litigation.

You will work closely with the operational business of our international clients, taking responsibility from the outset and developing practical, legally sound solutions to demanding commercial law issues. Your work will include the design of procurement and distribution structures, including cross-border supply and sales systems, as well as the coordination of contract-related work packages in complex matters.

Completed law studies with above-average state examinations (both German legal exams)
Ideally 2–3 years of professional experience in commercial law, distribution law, or dispute resolution
Experience in representing clients in court proceedings and interest in strategically accompanying complex commercial disputes
Fluent business English, ideally enhanced by time abroad or comparable international experience
Strong team player with confident demeanor, excellent communication skills, and a structured, strategic way of thinking
