Join a leading German commercial law firm as a Rechtsanwalt (m/w/d) in the Complex Disputes (Litigation / Arbitration) team. Based in Stuttgart, this role involves advising and representing national and international clients in all commercial disputes before state courts and arbitral tribunals. You will focus on disputes in corporate law (D&O proceedings, post-M&A disputes, shareholder disputes) and commercial law (defects liability and product liability, ESG, consumer claims), with a particular emphasis on the e-mobility sector. You will be involved in all aspects of case handling, take on early responsibility, work independently, and have direct client contact.

We are looking for candidates with strong academic qualifications (above-average state exams), ideally with some initial exposure to complex disputes (though not mandatory), fluency in English as a working language, and excellent communication, teamwork, and strategic thinking skills.
