Admitted lawyer in Australia (or eligible to practise).
Experience in corporate and transactional work (M&A, commercial agreements or related advisory experience preferred).
Comfortable working on short‑term or fixed‑term engagements and adapting to different teams.
Strong drafting, commercial judgement and stakeholder communication skills; able to work hybrid.
