Apply in confidence →Our client, a highly regarded national law firm, is seeking an experienced construction disputes lawyer to join its leading practice as a Legal Director. This role offers the opportunity to take charge of complex, high-value disputes and play a key part in the continued growth of a market-leading team.
Working across the firm's national network, you will handle a varied caseload of construction-related litigation, adjudication, and arbitration. You will support and mentor more junior colleagues, contribute to business development, and help shape the strategic direction of the practice. The team is recognised as a Tier 1 and Band 1 practice, advising clients across energy, infrastructure, real estate, and other sectors.

- Significant experience handling complex, high-value construction disputes
- Strong track record in client relationship management and business development
- Experience supervising, coaching, and developing other lawyers
- Excellent matter leadership skills and commercial judgment
- Collaborative and inclusive approach, with confidence to contribute to team direction
- SRA or Law Society of Scotland registration
