Top-tier Global Finance group is seeking a leveraged finance associate to work on acquisition financings, refinancings, dividend recaps, liability management and restructuring-related financings. The role involves drafting and negotiating transaction documents and leading financings for borrower and lead arranger clients.

Openings are available across multiple U.S. offices (Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles/Century City, and New York). Candidates should have solid syndicated lending and/or private credit/direct lending experience and a strong interest in sponsor finance/LBO transactions.

Competitive compensation, bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package are offered. Target salary range: $310,000 - $435,000.

At least 3 years' PQE in syndicated lending and/or private credit/direct lending (borrower or lead arranger-side)
Strong experience or demonstrable interest in sponsor finance/LBO finance preferred
Experience drafting and negotiating leveraged finance transaction documents
Admitted or eligible for admission to the bar in the state of the office to which you are applying
