Join a nationally recognized life sciences corporate partnering and licensing team. This role is open across multiple U.S. offices, with particular hiring needs in Boston, Palo Alto and San Diego.

The position involves structuring, negotiating and drafting strategic commercial agreements for life sciences companies, including licenses and collaboration agreements. Candidates may come from private practice or in-house backgrounds; corporate or patent experience and/or a technical degree is a plus.

3–6 years' post-qualification experience handling life sciences commercial transactions
Experience structuring, negotiating and drafting licenses, collaboration agreements and other commercial contracts
Strong drafting and negotiation skills; client-facing experience
Corporate or patent experience and/or a technical/science degree preferred
