The position involves structuring, negotiating and drafting strategic commercial agreements for life sciences companies, including licenses and collaboration agreements. Candidates may come from private practice or in-house backgrounds; corporate or patent experience and/or a technical degree is a plus.
- 3–6 years' post-qualification experience handling life sciences commercial transactions
- Experience structuring, negotiating and drafting licenses, collaboration agreements and other commercial contracts
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills; client-facing experience
- Corporate or patent experience and/or a technical/science degree preferred
