Join a nationally recognized life sciences corporate partnering and licensing practice. The role involves structuring, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements such as licenses, collaborations and related transactions for life sciences clients.

Positions are open in multiple U.S. offices (including Boston, Palo Alto and San Diego). Candidates should be comfortable managing transactional work across commercial and IP-focused matters and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

3–6 years' transactional experience (law firm or in-house) focused on life sciences licensing, collaborations, and commercial agreements
Strong drafting and negotiation skills; experience structuring strategic commercial transactions
Corporate or patent experience and/or a technical degree is a plus
Ability to work across offices and with interdisciplinary teams
