Senior partner-level hire to lead and grow a life sciences regulatory practice in Brussels. The role focuses on advising pharmaceutical, biotech and medical-device clients on regulatory strategy and compliance across EU jurisdictions, and on developing a market-leading team.

The successful candidate will bring a portable practice and a strong record of business generation, partner-level client relationships, and the ability to work on complex, cross-border regulatory matters. This is a high-visibility role with responsibility for practice development, mentoring junior lawyers, and collaborating with colleagues across Europe.

Established partner or counsel with substantial life sciences regulatory experience.
Proven track record of originating and managing partner-level client relationships and business development.
Experience leading teams and managing cross-border regulatory matters.
Qualification to practise in an EU jurisdiction or equivalent senior regulatory credentials.
