Our client, a leading full-service international law firm, seeks a highly motivated attorney with 5–7 years of experience to join its Technology Transactions and Licensing Group in Boston. Working alongside colleagues across multiple offices, the successful candidate will structure, draft, and negotiate IP licensing, collaboration, distribution, services, development, and other complex agreements for life sciences companies.

The role involves close collaboration with corporate, IP, regulatory, and tax practitioners on complex transactions, strategic alliances, outsourcing, and licensing matters, many of which are cross-border and industry-recognized for their significance.

5–7 years of experience in structuring, drafting, and negotiating IP and technology transactions, with a focus on life sciences
Strong drafting and negotiation skills, and experience handling complex agreements (licensing, collaboration, distribution, services, development)
Ability to work collaboratively across practice groups and offices
Admission to, or eligibility for, the bar in the applicable jurisdiction
