Leading international law firm seeking a mid-level associate or counsel to join a busy Technology Transactions and Licensing team in Boston. The role focuses on negotiating, drafting and managing complex commercial agreements for life sciences and technology clients.

The team works closely with corporate, intellectual property, regulatory and tax colleagues across offices to handle licensing, collaborations, joint ventures, outsourcing and other strategic transactions, including cross-border matters. The position offers exposure to high‑profile, technically sophisticated deals and collaborative practice across disciplines.

5–7 years post‑JD experience handling technology transactions, preferably with life sciences clients
Proven experience structuring, drafting and negotiating IP licensing, collaboration, distribution, services, development and related commercial agreements
Strong drafting and negotiation skills, comfort with cross‑functional and cross‑jurisdictional teams
Active bar admission and excellent academic and professional references
