Leading international law firm seeks a life sciences and technology transactions attorney to join its Technology Transactions and Licensing team in Boston. The role focuses on structuring, drafting and negotiating IP licensing, collaboration, distribution, services, development and other complex commercial agreements for life sciences clients.

You'll work closely with colleagues across corporate, intellectual property, regulatory and tax groups and collaborate with team members in other offices on cross-border and strategic matters. The group handles a high volume of sophisticated transactions for clients across the industry.

5–7 years post-JD transactional experience, with substantial work on technology/IP licensing and life sciences agreements
Proven experience drafting and negotiating licensing, collaboration, distribution, services, development or similar complex commercial agreements
Excellent drafting, negotiation and project-management skills and ability to collaborate with corporate, IP, regulatory and tax teams
Juris doctor (or equivalent) and admission to the bar in good standing
