A leading law firm is seeking an outstanding mid to senior level lateral associate to join its litigation team in Chicago. The role offers the opportunity to handle sophisticated, high-stakes matters as part of a dynamic practice.

The successful candidate will work on complex litigation and white collar matters, including securities litigation; class actions and multidistrict litigation; cyber litigation; commercial contractual disputes; fraud, breach of fiduciary duty and tortious interference claims; merger-related litigation and control disputes; bankruptcy and restructuring-related issues; and regulatory investigations. Exposure to and interest in cybersecurity and data privacy work is a plus.

Litigation experience, including discovery, brief writing, and pre-trial preparation
Significant experience handling complex litigation and white collar matters
Admitted to practice law in Illinois
High level of academic achievement
Experience at a peer firm preferred
