High‑profile litigation team in the Chicago office seeks mid‑to‑senior associates with significant commercial and securities litigation experience. Candidates will work on complex matters including class actions/MDLs, securities litigation, cyber litigation, commercial disputes, and related pre‑trial and discovery work.

The group offers an enhanced mentorship program for lateral associates, a structured professional development path, an active pro bono practice, and a hybrid work model (primarily in‑office Monday–Thursday with specified remote periods).

Qualified candidates must be admitted to practice in Illinois. The expected starting base salary range for this role is $310,000 to $390,000 (actual compensation subject to experience and applicable law); the position may be eligible for a discretionary year‑end bonus.

Admission to practice in Illinois
Mid‑ to senior‑level litigation experience (Class of 2020–2022 candidates encouraged)
Strong experience in discovery, brief writing, and pre‑trial preparation
Experience with complex commercial, securities, and class action matters; MDL experience a plus
Exposure or interest in cybersecurity/data privacy litigation preferred
High academic achievement and prior litigation experience at a peer firm preferred
