Our client, a leading global law firm, is seeking an experienced litigation associate to join its Business and Commercial Litigation subgroup in Miami. This role offers the opportunity to manage complex commercial disputes from inception through resolution, working collaboratively with a talented team of attorneys and support staff.

Manage a varied caseload of commercial litigation matters, including conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs, and preparing for trials or settlements.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates and addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to develop case strategies and achieve favorable outcomes.
Ensure compliance with legal standards and regulations, staying current with changes in laws and precedents.
Participate in professional development and training opportunities, and engage in pro bono work to support access to justice.

Minimum Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Minimum 4 years of strong litigation experience across a variety of practices.
Law firm experience required; federal court clerkship is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and sound business judgment.
Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
Proven research, conceptual thinking, and persuasive communication skills; management skills a plus.
