Seeking a litigation associate to join a busy Dallas litigation team handling high‑stakes commercial and class action matters for sophisticated clients. The role offers exposure to complex commercial, class action and financial restructuring litigation across trial and appellate work.

Day‑to‑day responsibilities include drafting and responding to pleadings, managing discovery, preparing and arguing motions, and supporting trial and appeal preparation. The team values practical problem solving, strong client focus, and excellent legal research and writing.

3–6 years' litigation experience, with class action, commercial and/or financial restructuring matters
Proven experience across pleadings, discovery, motion practice, trials and appeals
Excellent legal research, drafting and oral advocacy skills
Strong academic credentials and comparable law firm experience
Ability to work in person in the Dallas office and to comply with employer policies
