Litigation Associate — Houston

Growing Houston litigation team seeks a 2nd–5th year associate to support a busy commercial trial practice. The role focuses on trial preparation and courtroom work in complex commercial matters within a large, nationally recognized law firm.

Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and managing discovery, preparing for and taking/defending depositions, supporting motion practice and oral argument, and assisting with trial strategy. The team offers close mentoring and exposure to high-stakes commercial litigation.

• 2–5 years of commercial litigation experience (post-qualification/associate level)
• Experience with trial preparation, taking and defending depositions, and courtroom advocacy
• Strong discovery, writing, research and analytical skills
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and admission to the Texas Bar
