Litigation Associate (Junior)

AmLaw 100 firm seeks a junior litigation associate for its Austin office. This is an excellent opportunity to train alongside and work with a nationally recognized litigation practice.

Ideal candidates will have 2–4 years of experience handling complex commercial and business disputes, including breach of contract, real estate, financial services, energy, and fiduciary litigation. The role requires strong knowledge of federal and state procedure, excellent research and writing skills, and the ability to manage deadlines independently in a team-oriented environment. Candidates should be interested in taking depositions, arguing dispositive and discovery motions, and interacting directly with clients and opposing counsel. Mediation, arbitration, hearing, or trial experience is a plus.

• Active membership in good standing with the Texas State Bar.
• 2–4 years of litigation experience, preferably in complex commercial and business disputes.
• Strong familiarity with applicable federal, state, and local rules.
• Excellent research, writing, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
• Local candidates preferred.
