Litigation Associate — Litigation, Northern Virginia

A well-established global law firm is seeking a mid-level litigation associate to join its Northern Virginia litigation team. The role involves substantive briefing, motion practice, and appellate work on complex civil matters, including class actions.

The successful candidate will work on a mix of state and federal matters for clients across industries and will have opportunities to participate in hearings, take and defend depositions, and support trial and appellate preparation.

• 3–5 years of litigation experience handling complex civil matters, including drafting briefs and dispositive motions
• Experience with appellate briefing and class action litigation preferred; trial experience, depositions and courtroom exposure a plus
• Prior judicial clerkship preferred
• Admission to the Virginia bar required
