Litigation Associate — Seattle

Growing national litigation team is hiring Litigation Associates for its newly opened Seattle office. The group handles complex commercial disputes, product liability and class-action matters and provides appellate advocacy for major corporate clients across the U.S. and internationally.

Associates will support Seattle-based partners and litigation teams across the firm on high-stakes trials, multidistrict litigation, appellate work, government investigations and strategic dispute-resolution matters. The role offers exposure to first-chair trial experience, significant writing and motion practice, and opportunities for professional development and pro bono credit.

• Prior litigation experience in commercial, product liability or appellate matters (law firm or clerkship experience preferred)
• Strong legal writing, motion practice and trial-support skills
• Admission to the Washington bar or eligibility to waive/obtain admission
• Ability to work on national and multi-jurisdictional matters and collaborate with cross-office teams
