Litigation Senior Associate — Technology & Complex Litigation (Northern California)

A leading litigation and regulatory enforcement team in Northern California is seeking a motivated senior litigation associate with 5–7 years of experience. The role offers an immediate opportunity to join teams handling high-profile, cutting-edge matters for leading global technology companies across areas such as AI, social media, search, advertising, gaming, streaming, and virtual meeting platforms.

The associate will take on substantive responsibility for complex litigation, working closely with colleagues on cases that sit at the intersection of technology, privacy, and consumer law. Candidates should bring solid experience handling complex litigation matters, ideally including consumer class actions, mass tort defense, privacy litigation, or disputes involving technology companies.

Strong research and writing skills, excellent communication, and a genuine commitment to client service are essential. The position is based in Palo Alto or San Francisco; candidates should be admitted, or eligible for prompt admission, to the California Bar.

• 5–7 years of litigation experience at a law firm or comparable setting
• Solid experience with complex litigation, ideally consumer class actions, mass tort defense, privacy litigation, or technology-company disputes
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and client-service orientation
• Admission (or eligibility for prompt admission) to the California Bar
• Top law firm or judicial clerkship experience preferred
