Apply in confidence →Our Northern California office seeks a motivated litigation senior associate to join its Litigation & Regulatory Enforcement practice. This is an immediate opportunity to work on high-profile, cutting-edge disputes for leading global technology companies operating in sectors such as AI, social media, search, advertising, gaming, streaming, and virtual meeting platforms.
Candidates should possess 5–7 years of complex litigation experience, ideally with exposure to consumer class actions, mass tort defense, privacy litigation, or disputes involving technology companies. Exceptional research and writing skills, strong communication abilities, and a genuine commitment to client service are essential. Experience at a top law firm or a judicial clerkship is preferred.

Requirements:
- 5–7 years of complex litigation experience
- Strong background in commercial litigation, including class actions, mass torts, privacy, or technology disputes
- Superior research, writing, and communication skills
- Admission to (or eligibility for) the California Bar
- Willingness to be based in Palo Alto or San Francisco
- Top law firm or clerkship experience preferred
Qualifications:
- 5–7 years of complex litigation experience
- Solid experience with consumer class actions, mass tort defense, privacy litigation, or technology-related disputes
- Excellent legal research and writing abilities
- Strong communication and client-service skills
- Admission to the California Bar or eligibility to obtain admission promptly
- Willingness to be based in Palo Alto or San Francisco
- Top law firm or judicial clerkship experience preferred
