Litigation Partner — Montréal

Well-established Canadian litigation practice is seeking a lateral partner to join its Montréal team. The role focuses on commercial and complex civil litigation matters across diverse industry sectors.

The successful candidate will take a lead role on high-stakes matters, work closely with a senior litigation team, and continue to develop and grow client relationships. This is a partner-level opportunity for a lawyer with substantial courtroom and advocacy experience and a track record of originating or managing commercial disputes.

• Proven partner-level experience in commercial litigation and complex civil disputes.
• Admission to the Barreau du Québec (or eligible for admission).
• Strong advocacy, written and oral advocacy skills and experience in litigation management.
• Demonstrated client development capabilities; a portable practice or originating book of business is welcome.
