Litigation Staff Attorney — Litigation (New York)

Senior-staff litigation role supporting associates, counsel and partners on complex litigation and internal/government investigations. The position focuses on document review, privilege analysis, discovery support and preparatory work for depositions and witness interviews.

Daily responsibilities include electronic review (e.g., Relativity), responsiveness and privilege coding, building search queries, preparing fact summaries and chronologies, and coordinating findings with supervising attorneys. The role contributes to deposition and witness-prep by identifying and organizing relevant documents.

This is a hybrid office-based position in New York. Estimated base salary range at time of posting: $120,000–$140,000.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Admission to the bar in the office jurisdiction
• Strong technical/computer skills and familiarity with electronic document review platforms (Relativity experience preferred)
• Thorough understanding of privilege law, discovery process, and attention to detail
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to prepare privilege logs and fact summaries
