An opportunity has opened for a mid-level or entry-level Associate to join a highly regarded Corporate M&A team in Cologne. The successful candidate will work on complex national and cross-border transactions within a leading independent German full-service law firm.

The role involves advising on domestic and international M&A transactions, supporting joint ventures and complex corporate law issues, and assisting with national and international reorganisations. There is also scope to work at the intersection of insurance/M&A and regulatory M&A, particularly on supervisory matters arising in transactions.
