M&A Associate, Corporate — New York

Top-tier international firm New York corporate team is seeking a mid-level M&A/PE associate to join its transactional practice. The role focuses on acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures for private equity sponsors, institutional investors and strategic corporates.

Successful candidates will take on deal leadership responsibilities including drafting definitive agreements and managing transaction processes across the full deal lifecycle. This is a full-time, permanent role based in New York.

• 4-8 years post-qualification experience in M&A and private equity transactions
• Demonstrable experience leading transactions and drafting definitive agreements
• Big-law transactional experience preferred
• Admission to the New York Bar required
