M&A / Private Equity Associate — New York

An elite corporate practice is seeking a mid-to-senior M&A and private equity associate to join its New York office. The role sits within a busy transactional team advising private equity funds, institutional investors, and strategic companies.

The work spans acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures, offering the opportunity to lead transactions, draft definitive agreements, and manage all aspects of a deal from start to finish. The position is designed for a candidate with big law training and a genuine interest in sophisticated, high-value transactions.

• 4–8 years of M&A and private equity experience, gained at a big law firm
