M&A Mid-Level Associate — Corporate, Wilmington

Mid-level associate opportunity in a major law firm’s M&A/Corporate group based in Wilmington. The role focuses on mergers & acquisitions, recapitalizations, private equity investments, joint ventures and related corporate transactions, with regular work on Delaware corporate and alternative-entity law issues.

Successful candidates will join a collaborative team handling deal work and advising on fiduciary duties, corporate governance, and Delaware LLC/LP matters. The group supports professional development through a structured mentoring program, a hybrid office-remote schedule, and an active pro bono practice.

• 3–5 years post-qualification transactional/M&A experience (Class of 2020–2022 or equivalent)
• Experience with M&A transactions, corporate governance, and Delaware LLC/LP law
• Strong drafting, deal-document negotiation and project-management skills
• Jurisdictional admission and academic credentials consistent with a top-tier firm hiring profile
