An international law firm is seeking a senior transactional lawyer to join its market-leading Digital Legal Delivery practice as a Manager, Transactions, based in Melbourne. This role sits at the intersection of law, technology and innovation, supporting the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective transactional legal services.

You will combine legal expertise, project management and legal engineering capabilities, acting as a key interface between internal legal teams and clients. You will manage the end-to-end execution of complex matters and help drive the firm's digital capability and business development.

Admitted to practice as a Lawyer in Australia or New Zealand.
5+ years' relevant transactional legal experience, whether from a law firm or in-house environment.
Experience managing large and complex transactions.
Demonstrated exposure to or a strong interest in legal technology, legal engineering or process innovation.
Proven project management capability and strong commercial awareness.
Advanced organisational and stakeholder management skills, with a client-facing track record.
