Senior Associate – Front End Projects

Join a leading national firm in its highly regarded construction and infrastructure practice. This Melbourne-based role focuses on front-end project work across major infrastructure, construction, and project finance matters. You will support a collaborative team advising on complex, high-value projects from inception through delivery.

• Act on front-end project documentation, including drafting and negotiating construction and project agreements.
• Advise on structuring and delivery for major infrastructure and project finance initiatives.
• Work closely with partners and clients on some of Australia's most significant projects.

• Senior Associate-level experience in construction and/or projects law, with strong front-end exposure.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Ability to manage complex transactions and mentor junior lawyers.
