We are seeking a Solicitor (3+ years PQE) to join our market-leading Banking & Finance team in Melbourne. Working within a high-performing practice, you will advise sponsors, financiers and corporates on a diverse range of financing transactions. The team's work spans project finance (including public-private partnerships and major infrastructure projects), as well as corporate finance, restructuring and complex workout matters. You will have the opportunity to work directly with clients and counterparties on sophisticated, high-profile matters, and depending on your experience, lead workstreams, manage negotiations and mentor juniors, all while benefiting from ongoing coaching and development from recognised leaders in the Banking & Finance market.

Strong commitment to client service and well-developed relationship management ability.
Team focus and the ability to build strong internal relationships.
Enthusiasm for business development activities, including presenting at industry events and managing strategic networks.
First-rate drafting experience.
Ability to manage competing priorities in complex, fast-paced transactions.
Willingness to embrace new technologies, including AI-enabled legal tools.
