Mass Torts Counsel — Litigation

Seeking a Counsel-level litigator to join a national mass torts team with a focus on asbestos and talc/product-liability matters. The role involves managing assigned cases through all phases of complex litigation, including discovery, depositions, and motion practice, while working collaboratively with experienced trial teams.

The position offers autonomy on case management, regular collaboration with junior attorneys and support staff, and periodic travel for hearings, depositions, and court appearances. Flexible arrangements (remote, part-time, or flexible hours) may be considered.

• 3–5 years of experience in toxic tort, talc, or product liability litigation
• Licensed and in good standing in California or Illinois
• Strong written and oral advocacy, legal research, and motion practice skills
• Proven ability to manage cases independently and supervise junior attorneys and support staff
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and willing to travel as needed
